日本松下已經從「造物」転型成「造鎮」的公司，將各地的工廠用地和當地政府社區共創智慧城鎮，藤澤湘南的社區中就有蔦屋丅Site, 今年初剛去過，印象深刻。1986日本家電最高峰是六兆多，現只剩下一兆多，但今天松下營收近八兆，不簡單。
