《善良的逆襲》也在談這件事。之前在臉書上寫到倫敦奧運，Hsinchinlin寄了這本書給我，真好。我原本也以為這是一本勵志書，宣揚厚黑不會總是贏，好人也會長命，但發現沒那麼單薄，而且寫得很好看。開頭就寫倫敦奧運的開幕式，原來這是《貧民百萬富翁》的導演操刀。這本書寫他如何在經費不足，大量動用志工的狀況下，打造倫敦奧運的開幕儀式－－不是技術面，而是態度面。他從「性善論」的假設出發，但是也不是濫好人，有他檢核的機制，有他堅持的原則。像是英國奧委會本來希望參與的上萬名志工自掏腰包，典禮穿的衣服要志工自己出錢買。導演反對到底，以辭職明志，最後爭取到志工不用出錢。
看來不只台灣的奧委會狀況多，英國奧委會也是荒腔走板，志工已經投入很多心力，連服裝都要自己花錢，英國奧委會也真敢開口。這就好像政府槍斃犯人，還要求犯人自己要出子彈錢。不過這種事情從前發生過，以後也不會少，《善良的逆襲》提供了一種方式，讓人在被狗咬之後，除了回咬狗之外的另一種選擇。
