德國產業品質大事：德國新高鐵狀態不斷 new Berlin-Munich high speed train line：《「德國製造」- 德國工藝聯盟以及人工製品世界的道德》

德意志工藝聯盟100年
值德意志工藝聯盟誕辰一百一十周年之際，歌德學院（台北）與臺北當代工藝設計分館於2017年12月10日到2018年4月8日聯合舉行「德意志工藝聯盟一百年」展覽。此展覽是由德國對外關係學院（ifa）所策劃。
此次展覽將德意志工藝聯盟的發展分爲為七個時期。展出工藝聯盟的作品約1000件左右，讓觀者能夠一窺20世纪德國文化和經濟史上最重要的篇章。展出的物件包括海報、模型、傢俱、設計作品、素描和攝影作品。
德意志工藝聯盟於1907年在慕尼黑成立，其宗旨在於提升工業產品之質量，在工業化和城市化的世界裏，重新建立「和諧的文化」。工藝聯盟是由建築師、藝術家和企業家所组成，按照工藝聯盟的精神領袖之一的赫爾曼·穆特修斯（Hermann Muthesius）的名言，工藝聯盟涵蓋的面向 「從沙發靠枕到都市設計」，無所不包，因此工藝聯盟的建築、藝術與設計作品也同時反映了一整個世紀的政治與經濟大環境的演變。直至今天，工藝聯盟依然提供重要的刺激動力，以批判的機制在改善環境和生活條件方面繼續發揮作用。
工藝聯盟的成就還包含其位於斯圖加特的前瞻性建築「魏森霍夫工藝聯盟社區」、亮眼的居住理念的實現以及在1930年巴黎、1958年布魯塞爾展覽上體現的德國文化，亦或是他們早在1959年初提出的呼籲：即敦促世人關注工業化和城市化對環境和生態造成的後果，以及發展公民對於資源和技術利用的新意識。
歌德學院（台北）特別藉此機會，請到Medina Warmburg教授來台舉行系列演講。他是從事建築史與建築理論教授暨研究的建築設計師。而其工作重點是：研究在建築與都市規劃領域中，伴隨現代國際化過程所衍生的跨文化與生態變革並已出版數本相關著作。

德國新高鐵狀態不斷

柏林-慕尼黑高鐵線路開通後，雖然首發列車正點到站，但隨後卻接連發生各種小故障，導致多個班次嚴重晚點。

（德國之聲中文網）週日（12月10日），隨著柏林-慕尼黑高鐵線路的開通，德國鐵路公司完成了過去數十年來規模最大的一次運行時刻表調整行動。德國鐵路發言人周日表示："首發從柏林開往慕尼黑的高鐵，提前一分鐘抵達目的地慕尼黑。原定到站時間為11點02分。"
運行時刻調整票價提高
德國鐵路發言人表示，列車運行時刻表的調整得以順利完成。他說："本週末，乘客數量多於以往，有些遠程列車上可能較為擁擠。很多人出行目的可能就是要感受一下新的高鐵路線。"
運行時刻表做出調整以後，乘坐列車的費用也將提高。遠途全額車票的加強同以往相比提高了1.9%，而一等車廂的票價則提高了2.9%。特價票和火車卡25及50的價格不變。短途交通的車票則總體提價2.3%，其中個人票的價格提高了2.4%。
開通後接連故障
高鐵開通後，從柏林以及周邊城市前往慕尼黑的時間縮短了90分鐘。柏林至慕尼黑距離623公里，高鐵時速可以達到三百公里。開通慶典儀式上，搭載兩百多名貴賓和記者的高鐵因沿途發生多次故障，週六凌晨遲到兩個小時後才抵達慕尼黑。
週日，高鐵正式運營的第一天，一個班次因車輛發生技術故障而嚴重晚點。
週一，剛剛開通的柏林慕尼黑高鐵路段再度傳來不好的消息。網上信息顯示，原定週一上午7:38分從柏林發車的高鐵已被取消。德國鐵路發言人沒有給出高鐵取消的原因。而此前發車的高鐵則運行正常。

Germany celebrates new Berlin-Munich high speed train line
A quarter of a century in the making, the new line cuts the travel time between two of Germany's biggest cities to just four hours. The project was the biggest and most expensive of its kind in Europe.
Chancellor Angela Merkel was at Berlin's central train station on Friday to celebrate the inauguration of Germany's new high-speed rail line between the capital and the country's third-most populous city, Munich.
The ceremonial first journey from Munich to Berlin clocked in at just about four hours, two hours shorter than the previous connection.
The project — the biggest and, at roughly €10 billion (around $12 billion), most expensive of its kind in Europe — has been 26 years in the making. Talk of a better connection between Germany's two biggest cities had already begun in the weeks after the fall of the Berlin wall, and has been slowly completed in stages ever since.
Rail operator Deutsche Bahn (DB) expects the number of yearly travelers between Berlin and Munich to double to about 3.6 million.
German broadcaster Deutschlandfunk pointed out, however, that the new mega-project still cannot boast speeds comparable to China's new high-speed rail, though it offered the justification that such speeds are difficult in smaller countries where major cities are closer together.
Celebrating the "most modern route in Germany," alongside Merkel was Christian Schmidt, the agriculture minister who is also overseeing the transport ministry as Germany enters its third month without a new government.
"This milestone in train transport will make Germany an even more important hub," said Schmidt, a member of the Bavarian CSU.
While some environmental activists bemoaned the disruption caused by the building and future use of the track, some argued that it was a positive move for the climate — boasting a four-hour trip from city center to city center, the new train line is expected to cut into the number of travelers taking airplanesbetween Berlin and Munich.
