Thank you for your post. I'm well and hope you are well too.
In fact I attended 6 Deming's 4-day seminars as a facilitator, between 1987 and 1993. At the same time, as a French consultant, I promoted the Deming methods only, nothing but the Deming methods. Very difficult job when I was faced with "vulturs" who made money by selling the last management fads.
