It’s hard to believe it has been nearly six months since I stepped into the role of Executive Director at The Deming Institute! I’m grateful to Board President Kevin Cahill and our team for helping me meet so many in the Deming community. I’ve been inspired by people from every corner of our community—from long-time collaborators like Bill Scherkenbach, who worked directly with Dr. Deming, to new scholarship recipients discovering how these timeless teachings can transform their work and lives. What seems to unite us all is the belief that applying Deming’s philosophy leads to lasting change for individuals, organizations and society. I’m honored to help carry this work forward with you.
