Ron Moen (1941~2021)

敬悼世界戴明圈的老師：

Sadly, in January we lost one of those experts, Ron Moen. Ron was a close confidant of my grandfather and a founding Deming Institute Board Trustee in 1993. From 1983 to 1993, Ron assisted my grandfather with 70 of his 4-day seminars. Over the years, he continued to guide The Institute through his Advisory Council and Trustee Emeritus roles. As a DemingNEXT subject matter expert (interviewed in 2018), Ron will teach Deming learners for many years to come. In 2011, I had the distinct pleasure of spending a week with Ron and Kelly Allan when they facilitated several Deming Institute 2.5 Day Seminars in Singapore. The laugh-filled dinners and 18 ½ hour plane trips, Ron’s incredible stories, and the joy in learning from and working with him were experiences that I treasure. Ron, thank you for all you did and meant to my grandfather’s legacy. May you rest in peace, my friend and mentor.
