英航近日有一班倫敦飛往德國杜塞爾多夫的客機，錯誤地飛了去蘇格蘭的愛丁堡。

英航把這班客機外判給德國公司WDL Aviation去運作，後者解釋，就這班航班提交文件時，寫錯了目的地，機師按照文件而飛往愛丁堡，而航空管制員也全部根據文件來批准飛行，因此要到達愛丁堡時才發現出錯。
