這種觀念在組織層面在Peter Scholtes 在The Leader Handbook 提出 Healing Organization之概念，我將它翻譯為「康復式組織」。

我想這是Deming 哲學更特別的應用例：90年代以來，美國許多大公司多裁員等等傷心事，所以這「康復式組織」將關懷組織之健康和員工之福祉等推向另一「組織心理學」之層次。
